Planning a realistic day

Your Calendar Is Evidence, Not Authority

An empty hour on a calendar is not automatically usable attention. A full calendar does not automatically make meaningful progress impossible.

Your calendar offers useful evidence. It can show meetings, appointments, travel, and stretches of uninterrupted time. Steady can use that shape to suggest whether the day looks Tight, Balanced, or Open.

But the calendar cannot see everything. It may not show care work, recovery, preparation, emotional load, household tasks, or the simple fact that two people can experience the same schedule differently.

That is why Steady never treats calendar analysis as the final word. Suggestions remain editable, optional, and secondary to your judgment. The feature estimates time structure; it does not measure energy, focus, health, or worth.

Let the calendar inform your choice without surrendering the choice to it.
