Use Rhythm, Don't Obey It

A pattern in your history is planning evidence, not a rule for your future.

Suppose your record shows more finished commitments on Tuesdays, or that you usually plan later on Fridays. That observation may help you protect Tuesday for focused work or make Friday's plan smaller.

It may also reflect a temporary season: a class schedule, a project deadline, childcare, travel, or too few weeks of data. The app cannot know the explanation.

Steady therefore describes recent patterns without prescribing a schedule. Use the observation as a question: “Would planning with this rhythm help?” If yes, experiment. If no, leave it.

Your history can inform your judgment without replacing it.
