Steady's Journey keeps long-lived goals separate from daily plans. Inside each goal, you can see the commitments connected to it and the outcomes recorded over time.
That history helps answer different questions from the Today view. Today asks what you will protect now. Journey asks how this direction has unfolded:
- Which concrete steps were finished?
- What was repeatedly moved or skipped?
- Did the goal narrow, pause, complete, or get released?
- What context did you record along the way?
The view is not a leaderboard. A goal with fewer completed commitments may be newer, quieter, paused, or made of larger steps. Counts provide evidence, not value.
Journey keeps the reason for the work close to the record of the work. That makes it easier to choose a next step that serves the goal rather than merely filling the day.
