Steady can group finished commitments by goal and show which goals have recently received more visible progress. This is an allocation record, not a ranking.
Concentration may be exactly right. One goal may be urgent, seasonal, or ready for a final push. A goal receiving less attention may be intentionally paused. Or the pattern may reveal that easy, immediate work has repeatedly displaced something important.
The insight cannot distinguish among those explanations. Only you know the context.
Use it to make the trade-off explicit:
- Does this distribution match what matters now?
- Is one goal crowded out?
- Would narrowing the active set make the choice clearer?
- Does a quiet goal need a smaller next step, or a deliberate pause?
Attention is limited. Seeing where it went makes the next allocation more intentional.
