Start with Steady

No Streaks, No Debt

Missing a day does not damage your record. It only means that day is part of the past.

Many productivity systems turn continuity into a test: keep the chain alive, protect the score, never return to zero. That can make one disrupted day feel larger than it is.

Steady does not use streaks. An unplanned day does not create punishment, and time away does not create a backlog you must repay. Your history remains useful without becoming a demand.

When you return, the important question is not “How do I catch up?” It is “What matters now, and what can this day honestly hold?”

That is why Steady begins again with capacity and a small set of commitments. Continuity can be helpful, but returning is the skill that lasts.
