Choose Complete when the commitment happened substantially as intended. The wording does not need to match every detail; the promise was kept.
Choose Later when the work still deserves consideration, but not an automatic place tomorrow. Steady preserves today's outcome and creates an unscheduled candidate you can choose again.
Choose Skip when the commitment did not happen and does not need to remain active. Skip is not delete. The historical record stays honest.
These choices describe outcomes, not reasons. A skipped task may have become irrelevant. A moved task may have been interrupted by something more important. A completed task may have been harder than expected. Use the optional reflection only when that context will help your future self.
